1. Purchase and Usage of Products

The Terms and Conditions listed below are valid for all purchases made with Mimir International ApS and usage of website and products on www.logiskprofil.dk.

The Customer is any company that registers a Customer profile on www.logiskprofil.dk.

Only a registered business can create a Customer profile and become a Customer.

The Customer relationship is valid until the Customer profile is deleted.

2. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has no Right of Withdrawal once a purchase has been processed.

3. Rights

By registering a company profile and purchase of a product the Customer is granted access to the usage of a range of information and functionalities on the website www.logiskprofil.dk. The usage is limited to the Customer and no distribution and/or sale of any access of information from the website to a third party is allowed without the written consent of Mimir International ApS.

Mimir International ApS reserve all rights to all information and material found on the website.

The Customer must respect these rights at all times and is responsible towards Mimir International ApS without monetary limitation for any breach of these rights.

4. Responsibilities

Each party is responsible for their own actions in accordance with Danish Law.

Mimir International ApS is not responsible for usage of the www.logiskprofil.dk or the content therein of the Customer including storage and usage of personal information for that purpose.

The Customer must at all times keep the information on the website confidential.

The Mimir International ApS responsibility for the products is limited to the functionality as described on www.logiskprofil.dk.

The usage of the products by the Customers happens at risk and the responsibility of the Customer and Mimir International ApS have no obligation in that regard. The products can contain errors, inaccuracies etc.

The products may experience operational disruptions and updates which can cause the website to be unavailable for a limited time period.

Mimir International ApS do not take any responsibility for any damage or loss the Customer might experience in connection with the products. Mimir International ApS is not liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect loss of any kind including loss of savings, profit or data.

5. Customer Data

When creating a Customer profile, Customer Name, CVR number, Company Address and E-mail Address have to be provided. The information is used for Customer identification and to be able provide the best service in connection with purchase of products.

The information is stored safely and in accordance with current legislation.

Changes to, additions to or deletion of the information can only be done via the Customer profile at www.logiskprofil.dk. It is a requirement of usage of the products that Mimir International ApS has all the information and any change to or deleting of information may cause a termination of the customer relationship.

The information will automatically be deleted by the system after 36 months from latest log-in to the Customer profile by the Customer.

6. Personal Information

When using the products on www.logiskprofil.dk the names and e-mail addresses of the Candidates must be provided. The personal information will be managed in accordance with current legislation. Mimir International ApS delete the names and e-mail addresses 6 months after the completion of Test 2.

7. Communication

The e-mail address and phone number provided by the Customer will be used by Mimir International ApS to communicate service information in connection to the customer relationship. The information communicated includes, but is not limited to, purchase information, Terms & Conditions and messages in relation to website functionality. Service information per e-mail provided to ensure the best possible user experience will stop when the customer relationship ends but cannot be stopped until then.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in connection to the www.logiskprofil.dk webpage and included products are the property of Mimir International ApS now and in perpetuity. The Customer has the right to use the functionality and information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Customer is not allowed to lend, lease or distribute the Customer access or information beyond the scope stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Any material and information that the Customer comes to possess when using the website can only be used for the own business of the Customer. Any distribution or sale hereof is prohibited and considered a material breach of the customer relationship.

9. Subscription Conditions


By accepting the Terms & Conditions in connection with a purchase of a product with periodic payments on www.logiskprofil.dk, the Customer accepts that Mimir International ApS can charge the Customer the regular payments that are part of the product until the subscription is stopped.

The Customer will receive an e-mail containing the invoice when the product is purchased and subsequently 3 days in advance of the following payments. All invoices will be available on www.logiskprofil.dk in the menu tab “My Purchases” when the Customer is logged in.


All subscriptions run through the entire selected time period unless they are terminated by Mimir International ApS.

The subscription is purchased for a time period of 1, 6 or 12 months. The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the selected time period until it is terminated by the Customer or Mimir International ApS.

The subscription can be terminated by Mimir International ApS without notice if the Customer violates one or more of the condition in these Terms and Conditions.

If the Customer want to terminate the subscription this has to happen 24 hours prior to the end of the time period that has been paid for. The termination can only to be done using the termination functionality available on www.logiskprofil.dk in the menu tab “My Purchases” when the Customer is logged in. No other way of terminating the subscription is accepted.

If the termination is caused by a violation of the Terms and Conditions by the Customer the access to the Customer profile is immediately cancelled.

Termination of the subscription by the Customer or Mimir International ApS prior to the end of the time period which has been paid for does not result in any reimbursement of the paid amount.

If the Customer wants to change the duration of the subscription the Customer will only have to purchase the desired product on www.logiskprofil.dk via the shopping cart. The new product will be activated directly after the expiration of the prior product with no overlap or disruption in service. Changing the duration of the subscription can only happen at the end of the time period of the prior product.

Updates, developments, etc. to the product that happen during the subscription period will be communicated to the Customer in advance to the extent it makes sense.

10. Purchase and Payment

Products are purchased and paid at www.logiskprofil.dk. By accepting the Terms and Conditions and making the payment the purchase is completed. An invoice is sent to the e-mail of the Customer when the payment has been confirmed.

When the purchase is completed the Customer has access to all functions and information of the purchased product as described on www.logiskprofil.dk.

Payment can only be done on www.logiskprofil.dk using the payment options listed.

Subscriptions start on the date of the completed payment and any subsequent payments happen on the same day of the month. Should this day not exist in a month the payment will take place on the last day of the month.

If the credit/debit card used for payment is expired or about to expire the Customer has to purchase the product again using the shopping cart on www.logiskprofil.dk. The new product will be activated directly after the expiration of the prior product with no overlap or disruption in service and now tied to the new payment card. If purchase is done after the product have been terminated due to card expiration and missing payment the Customer will experience a stop of access until the new payment have been confirmed.

Termination of products is not basis for any refund.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions and Prices

Mimir International ApS can change the prices and Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail.

Changes in prices for subscriptions can only take effect at the of a time period.

12. Choice of Law and Venue

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the relationship between Mimir International ApS and the Customer concerning the existence, validity, obligations, duration, and interpretation etc. of the relationship shall be governed by the laws of Denmark and the court closest to the address of Mimir International ApS.

13. Force Majeure

In no event shall Mimir International ApS be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.
