Mimir International ApS is the company that manages and owns the test system you engage with for the assessment you are about to take part in. Mimir International ApS owns all content of Logisk Profil which is the platform used for the assessment.

All materials used for the assessment are protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, resold, displayed, broadcast, or otherwise exploited in any manner without the express written permission of Mimir International ApS.

2. Personal Data

Mimir International ApS respects any desire to keep all personal data confidential. We are committed to keep your personal data protected and responsibly managed. The registration and management of personal data is always being done by Mimir International ApS according to current regulations.

Mimir International ApS register your Name, E-mail Address, Mother Tongue, Gender, Educational Level and Year of Birth as part of the assessment. The information is used to manage the assessment process, for statistics and product development.

Mimir International ApS do not hand over or sell your personal data. The personal data provided will be registered for 6 months following the completing of Test 2. Following this time the data will be automatically made anonymous.

Mimir International ApS is not responsible for any actions taken by the party that engage with you in relation to the assessment nor do we have any responsibility for their data management.

You have the right at any time to:

Be informed about your personal data that Mimir International ApS have registered

Correct any faulty, incomplete or irrelevant data

Transfer your registered personal data to Third Party

Have all personal data deleted

You can at any time withdraw your consent to these Terms and Conditions regarding the management of your personal data by Mimir International ApS.

This will not retroactively impact the legality of the management of the data that took place during the consent of the Terms and Conditions prior to your withdrawal of the consent
